Unsure of your birth time?  Here's how to find it.

In some countries, your birth time will be listed on your birth certificate; in others, it may appear in your hospital or maternity records. If you don’t have these, you can usually request them.

In the UK, you can apply for a full copy of your birth certificate from the General Register Office (GRO), or make a subject access request for your maternity records from the NHS Trust where you were born.

In the US, you can request a long-form birth certificate from the Vital Statistics Office of the state or city where you were born - this version typically includes your birth time. If that’s not available, try contacting the hospital directly to access your medical records, or check family documents such as a baby book.

If you're unable to find the exact time, try asking a parent or relative who may remember the approximate time.
